Terms of Use

1) Acceptance

By installing or using NomNomNow (the “App”), you agree to these Terms of Use (“Terms”) and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

2) No medical or nutritional advice

The App provides recipe ideas for general informational purposes only. It does not provide medical, dietary, or nutrition advice and is not a substitute for professional guidance. Always consult a qualified professional for health or dietary needs.

3) AI accuracy & limitations

Some suggestions are generated by AI and may be inaccurate, incomplete, unsafe, or unsuitable for your situation. Use your own judgment before cooking or consuming any food. We do not guarantee the accuracy, availability, or suitability of any suggestion.

4) Allergens & food safety

• Always check ingredient labels and on-pack instructions for allergens and preparation requirements.
• Ensure proper cooking temperatures, storage, and hygiene; you are responsible for food safety in your kitchen.
• If you have allergies, intolerances, or medical conditions, verify all ingredients and consult a professional.

5) License & user conduct

We grant you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App. You agree not to:

• reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to access source code;
• circumvent security or integrity checks, rate limits, or quotas;
• automate scraping or use the App in ways that burden our infrastructure;
• use the App for unlawful purposes or to infringe rights of others.

6) Fair use, quotas & beta features

We may apply daily quotas and reasonable use controls to ensure service quality, including temporary blocks for suspected abuse. Features may change or be discontinued at any time. The app is provided as-is.

7) Subscriptions, trials & billing

If premium features become available via in-app purchase:

• Prices, durations, and trials are shown in-app before purchase. Subscriptions auto-renew until cancelled in your Google Play (or App Store) settings.
• Your purchase is linked to your anonymous in-app account, which allows you to restore access after reinstalling the App.
• Free trials convert to paid unless cancelled before the trial ends. Unused portions of trials may be forfeited on purchase.
• Entitlements are managed by our purchase provider; refunds follow the policies of Google Play / App Store and applicable law.

8) Third-party services

The App interacts with third-party services (e.g., hosting, AI generation, authentication, purchases). We are not responsible for third-party content, availability, or policies. See the Privacy Policy for data handling.

9) Intellectual property & content

• The App, brand, and all related materials are protected by intellectual property rights and remain our property.
• You retain any rights to text you input; by using the App you grant us and our processors a limited license to process that input to operate the service.
• If you provide feedback, you grant us a royalty-free, worldwide, irrevocable license to use it to improve the App.

10) Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access at any time for violations of these Terms, security risks, or to comply with law. You may stop using the App at any time. Deleting the App removes it from your device but may not automatically delete your anonymous account or purchase history with the app store.

11) No warranty

The App is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

12) Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, NomNomNow and its affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, opportunities, reputation, or profits. Our total liability for any claim relating to the App will not exceed the amount you paid (if any) for the App in the 12 months preceding the claim. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

13) Governing law & venue

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands (without regard to conflict-of-law principles). Courts in the Netherlands have non-exclusive jurisdiction, subject to any mandatory consumer protections in your country of residence.

14) Changes

We may update these Terms. The date at the top shows the latest change. Material updates may be announced in-app or on this site.
